
Ingredients
- 3 oz Cook's Extra Dry
- 5 fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 lime, cut into 2 wedges
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 ox white rum
- Ice cubes
- Mint sprig for garnish
Directions
- Place mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a sturdy glass. Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime to release the mint oils and lime juice.
- Add the other lime wedge and the sugar, and muddle again to release the lime juice.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the rum over the ice.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a mint sprig. Serve immediately.
