
Champagne Tini
Ingredients
- 5oz Cook's Extra Dry
- 2 oz fruit liquer or fruit puree (e.g., raspberry, strawberry, peach, etc.)
- 2 oz Sweet & Sour Mix
- 1 oz soda water
- Fresh fruit and/or herbs for garnish (e.g., lemon slices, basil leaves, mint, etc.)
Directions
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Add the fruit liquer or fruit puree of your choice.
- Top with Cook's Extra Dry and soda water.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with fresh fruit and/or herbs that compliment your chosen flavor. Serve immediately.
- Example Variations:
• Raspberry Lemon Spritz: Use raspberry liqueur or puree, garnish with lemon slices and fresh raspberries.
• Strawberry Basil Spritz: Use strawberry liqueur or puree, garnish with fresh strawberries and basil leaves.
• Peach Mint Spritz: Use peach liqueur or puree, garnish with peach slices and mint leaves.
