Peach Bellini

Ingredients

  • 5 oz Cook's Extra Dry
  • 2 tablespoons peach puree (fresh or frozen peaches blended)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)

Directions

  • In a blender or food processor, combine the peach puree, lemon juice, and sugar (if using). Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the peach mixture into a champagne flute, filling about 1/3 of the glass.
  • Slowly top with Cook's Extra Dry, gently stirring to combine.
  • Garnish with a peach slice, if desired. Serve immediately.
