
Ingredients
- 5 oz Cook's Extra Dry
- 2 tablespoons peach puree (fresh or frozen peaches blended)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
Directions
- In a blender or food processor, combine the peach puree, lemon juice, and sugar (if using). Blend until smooth.
- Pour the peach mixture into a champagne flute, filling about 1/3 of the glass.
- Slowly top with Cook's Extra Dry, gently stirring to combine.
- Garnish with a peach slice, if desired. Serve immediately.
