
Ingredients
- 3 oz Cook's Brut
- 1 oz gin
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- Lemon twist or slide for garnish
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Fill with ice and shake well.
- Strain the mixture into a champagne coupe.
- Top with Cook's Brut.
- Garnish with a lemon twist or slide.
- Serve immediately.
