Frozen Raspberry Sparkler

Ingredients

• 1 oz Rum
• 3 oz Raspberry Mix
• - - - Blend and pour into
• 2 oz Cook's Brut California Champagne

Garnish

• Lemon Wedge
• Fresh Raspberries

Directions

Fill the glass heaping full with ice. Pour all of the ingredients into the blender cup in the order listed. Add ice from the glass and blend until smooth. Pour champagne into the empty glass, then pour the mixture from the blender to 1/2 inch from the rim of your glass. Add garnish and a straw.
